Dulles Town Center is a new 1.4 million square foot, two-level regional mall that provides Loudoun County with a new "town center" and features Macy's, JCPenney, Sears and Lord & Taylor as well as over 185 specialty shops including The Gap, Abercrombie and Fitch, The Bombay Company, Washington Redskins Official Store, and much more.  Nordstrom joined Dulles Town Center on September 6, 2002.

H&M – Hennes & Mauritz – a 21,000-plus square-foot clothing retailer from Sweden with a theme centering on "Fashion and Quality at the Best Price" opened on March 14th, 2003.  Dick's Sporting Goods and LA Fitness opened in 2006, Hollister - in 2007.
Restaurant Park offers something for everyone:  Pizzeria Uno, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Red Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory,  Chuck E. Cheese's and Vapiano.  Virginia’s first Benihana Restaurant, the nation’s largest retail chain of Japanese and sushi themed restaurants, opened in 2008.
